5. Quotation and Payment - Estimates will be provided upon request and must be agreed upon by both parties before work commences. Full payment is required upon completion of the services offered. Payments can be made via bank transfer or card payment.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy - Customers may cancel their order after agreeing to an estimate; however, cancellations are not permitted once work has commenced. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge for the time and materials incurred up to that point.
