Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Deposits for specialized marine materials may be non-refundable if the material has already been custom-ordered or cut.
Privacy Summary
Your personal data is managed securely and used only for service delivery and project communication. We never share client details with third parties without explicit consent.
A 50% deposit is required to secure materials and scheduling for bespoke upholstery projects. Final balances are due upon satisfactory completion of the requested services.
Warranties & Guarantees
We offer a 12-month craftsmanship guarantee on all bespoke stitching and fitting. Material warranties are passed through directly from our high-quality marine textile partners.
